GotTheLine is a private golf trip management app. Access is by invitation only. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse or attempt to compromise its security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (messages, scores, expenses). By submitting content, you grant GotTheLine a limited license to store and display it within the app for the purposes of operating the service.
GotTheLine facilitates informal peer-to-peer wagers between friends for entertainment purposes. The app tracks bets and calculates payouts but does not process or hold any funds. Users are solely responsible for settling payments between themselves.
GotTheLine is provided as-is. We are not liable for any errors in scoring calculations, payout calculations, or any losses arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
